Improvements to existing Pine Tree Gear products
Initial Payment of $15 + Shipping
Once Initial payment has been received, we will review your request and calculate the Material and Labor cost
Once Material and Labor cost are received via invoice, we will ship your product
1. Submit Your Idea
Once Ordered, you will be emailed the custom request form (within one Business Day), please fill out the request form with as much detail as possible, including dimensions, intended use, sketches, inspiration photos, and/or feature requests.
2. Design Review
We’ll review your request and reach out to discuss feasibility, materials, pricing, and timeline.
3. Quote & Approval
Once the design is finalized, we’ll provide a custom quote and estimated production time. Work begins after approval and payment.
4. Production
Your gear is carefully built to your specifications with attention to quality and durability.
5. Shipping
Once completed, we’ll package and ship your custom order and provide tracking information.
Custom orders are made-to-order and may require additional production time.
Pricing varies based on complexity, materials, and labor.
Due to the personalized nature of custom products, custom orders are generally non-refundable once production begins.
Not all requests may be feasible, but we’ll always do our best to find a solution.
